Normal People being Productive
This week, we’ll be reading your letters after our various productivity updates. This includes Ursula at a virtual con, Kevin’s housekeeping and Lego building, as well as coding, editing, and more!
We’re back, we’re all recovered, and we’re both being productive! We’ll talk about how Kevin is excited for his work, the trials of editing, and why we can’t be at CrossingsCon this weekend. After that, we have a really great talk with gated.com founder Andy Mowat!
It’s been a rough few days, but here we are to talk about how we managed to stay productive this past week! Outpatient procedures, a portion of the ceiling fell in (everyone is fine), and new chicken all contributed to what has been a challenging week for us. After that, we have a great conversation with Wendy Posillico about how she stays productive!

We’re back! Well, mostly, we’re still recovering from COVID, and our energy levels are getting better. So there really is no productivity update from us this week outside of “healing.” But that’s OK! We have an amazing interview with Simon Severino, author of “Strategy Sprints”! Enjoy!
Hi folks! There is no episode this week while we recover from COVID-19. I wanted to at least record a small something, but ran out of energy before I could get there. It is my hope that we can resume next week, as we continue to recover.
Thanks for your support, for listening, and for sharing, and remember that resting and healing is being productive in it’s own way – a lesson we’ve taken to heart this past week.
I apologize for this one being a day late, but I brought home an unwelcome guest from Anthrocon called COVID-19. I am on my way to recovery (thanks to anti-virals and a LOT of rest), and so here it is, the long-awaited (by me anyway) interview with Mary Robinette Kowal! Enjoy!

We’re off to AnthroCon! But before we leave we’ll talk about Ursula’s “time off,” Kevin’s pre-vacation work brain (or lack there-of), and general updates on our productivity. After that, we have a terrific interview with Librarian Jay Colbert to find out how he stays productive!

This week we will check in and see how Ursula is doing on her “time off,” talk about roadblocks that are out of our control, and how that impacts our ability to move things forward. After that, we have a great conversation with Feminist Scrapbooker Kristin Tweedale!

Hi folks! This week we discuss the difficulty in taking time off for Ursula, as well as the usual productivity updates from both of us. And after an amazing catch-up interview with Dylan Wilbanks, we have a special guest just to grant Ursula a little permission to take time off.

Hi folks! After a relatively quiet week here at the Wombat Haus, we’ll give an update on the baby chickens, how many books Ursula finished so far, and what Kevin’s productivity looks like. You’ll also find out why two of the older chicks are now named Brunnhilde and Siegrune before we read your letters!
